3. Bring valid IdentificationBring valid authentic legal photo identification card containing photograph, full legal name, date of birth, date of issue, and date of expiration (Examples: passport, driver’s license, naturalization certificate, resident alien card, military I.D.) If the legal picture I.D. card does not contain your full legal name you must also present a certified copy of birth certificate or social security card, showing your full legal name.There will be a license fee of $104 collected at the time of scheduling. You can pay by cash, money order, or credit/debit card. If you are reserving online, credit card is the best form of payment.
4. After getting the licenseYour marriage license expires after 90 days after the date it was issued so you need to find your wedding venue and vendors to tie the knot.
